Description
American Green Standard seeks to educate the public and the real estate brokerage community as to what "going green" really means in the housing community. Their goal, through the educational process, is to define the benefits of "going green" to the homeowner. These benefits can be identified financially, socially and with the satisfaction of making a positive contribution to their neighborhood and to the environment (or "the community at large", if you don't want to use the word environment).
American Green Standard's basic class is designed to introduce agents to what "green" for residential homes really means. Agents will learn what they can do to distinguish themselves from other agents with their knowledge of energy efficient, money saving, environmentally friendly green technology put to work in home sales. Agents will get the basic information they need to assist their clients and help improve the salability of their listings.
